NORMA EARL

Norma Earl has been a member of ABWA for more than 30 years. She has perfect attendance and has only missed two national conferences. She wears the Purple Diamond Hand of Friendship ribbon having sponsored more than 135 women into the organization and has helped or chartered more than 12 chapters and two express networks.

Not only has she has held all offices on the local level and chaired all committees but also served on the National Board as elected District VI Vice President, representing 13 Southwestern States. Additionally, she has served as Vice Chair for the Phoenix Metropolitan Council from 2005 through 2007.

Before moving here from Omaha, Nebraska, 20 years ago, she conceived and organized programs such as "Christmas in Summer, Hungry Knows No Season" and "The Mayor"s Luncheon," which brought high community visibility for American Business Women"s Association. Subsequently, Norma was elected to the Board of Directors of Omaha"s Council on Alcoholism. While on the board, she had the honor of co-hosting a roast of Omaha"s Mayor Bernie Simon.

Norma has been named "Woman of the Year" from two chapters and was nominated for Top 10. Since moving to the Valley of the Sun, Norma has rekindled the Hunger Knows No Season food drive for the Phoenix Metropolitan Council.

Norma has a son and a daughter and raised her late husband"s 6 children. Her husband passed away in 2004, but decided this was still her home.

Norma is serving her second term as President of Scottsdale Express Network.

Kim Hollenback

Kim was a Registered Nurse for over 20years and has most recently held a position in a preventive medicine Clinic. It was there that she found her passion, to help people stay healthy and vital as they age. Prevention is the key.

Kim is co-founder of Green Kidz R Us. She provides current and helpful information to communities, businesses and homes on the hazards of chemicals commonly found in the home and their effect on children's and adult"s health. Her mission is to create the healthiest and safest environment possible for children and their families.

12 years of experience in helping clients from opening small deposit related products to extending lines/loans and understanding cash flow and provide supportive cash management services.
3 children named Savoy (7 yrs old), Belemi (5 years old) and Makalo (4 years old)

I love to network and spend time watching football, that is when the Broncos and Cardinals win.

Laura Falaschetti

Laura is the chef/owner of Edible Excellence Personal Chef Service. She caters to those with busy lifestyles that still long to have family meals around the dining room table.

She began her professional cooking career as a prep cook at Anabel's Edibles Catering Company. After time and lots of hard work, Laura found herself working side by side with the owner where she was part of the menu selections, party details and direct client contact.

With an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts from Scottsdale Culinary Institute, Laura opened up her Personal Chef business in 2005. She soon joined ABWA to meet other professional business women. After one year of membership, she became VP of Finance that has helped her both in her personal life and in her business as well.

Other than cooking and eating in great restaurants, Laura likes to spend time with friends and family, travel, and curling up with a great cookbook!
