Donna Tucker

Donna Tucker is a founding member of Scottsdale Express Network and has been a member of American Business Women’s Association since 1995. She is the owner of CareerPRO Résumé Center in Phoenix and is a certified professional résumé writer, writing résumés since 1988 after earning her bachelor’s degree in journalism.

Additionally, Donna is a founding member and current president of the Résumé Writers Council of Arizona, an organization focused on improving the quality of résumé-writing in the Phoenix-metro area and educating the public on the value of professionally prepared résumé presentations. She also serves as the 2009-2011 First VP of the non-profit National Resume Writers Association.

She is passionate about helping people achieve their career goals with a good résumé that will properly highlight an individual’s value and accomplishments.

Janet Maxwell

Janet Maxwell has been a member of ABWA since 1981 and belongs to three chapters/networks in the Phoenix area. She is also active in Arizona Regional Council which represents all ABWA groups in Arizona and is past chair of the council.

She currently has her own business doing medical transcription and has previously been employed in the insurance industry and, most recently, was an administrative assistant at ASU - Lodestar Center in downtown Phoenix and was a canvasser for the U.S. Census Bureau.

Janet enjoys visiting the various ABWA groups in the Valley promoting council and group activities and, if you attend another group's meeting, you might see her there.

Donatella Zerial

Donatella Zerial is a Real Estate Consultant and REALTOR® with Keller Williams Realty Professional Partners in Glendale, Arizona. She is a member of the Phoenix Association of Realtors (PAR), the Arizona Association of Realtors (AAR), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Donatella represents buyers and sellers in the transfer of residential real estate and assists in processing Short Sale transactions.

Donatella's background is in the legal field. She is a Certified Paralegal through the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA) and has five year' experience in litigation. Her legal expertise has helped her become a skilled contract negotiator.

Not only is Donatella professional and ethical in her work conduct she is also passionate about helping people moving into their new homes.

Donatella joined ABWA and the Scottsdale Express Network in May 2010 and decided to get involved further by accepting the position of Vice President of Membership. She wants to assist in making the ABWA mission come true and bring together businesswomen of diverse occupations by helping them grow personally and professionally.

Donna Pontorno is an Account Executive with Every Swipe Counts in Scottsdale, AZ. Every Swipe Counts is the exclusive Partner of Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure and the only cause based Payment Processing Company in the US. Donna has volunteered for non-profits and now she is able to fulfill her passion doing what she loves; everyday.

Donna has been in the Payment Processing Industry in diverse positions since 1995 and prior to that has a Retail Management background. She prides herself: in cultivating relationships with business partners and clients, providing consultative sales with the highest level of Ethics & Integrity.
